Directorship

Moracle Foundation is delighted to announce that we are currently looking for new directors to join our board and be part of our organisation as we look to grow and expand upon our work. The Foundation recently celebrated its 10th anniversary and we are now looking forward to the next decade with renewed hope and optimism.

Our goal is to train and advise accountancy graduates from disadvantaged backgrounds and help them find the right placement to further their careers. We believe that our work is required now more than ever before, particularly given the challenges that have arisen due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the impact this has had upon disadvantaged young people in particular. Moracle Foundation strongly believes that, with remote working, this is the time for the Foundation to reach out into the world and showcase what we can do for our communities, both in the UK and abroad.

Moracle Foundation has so far trained over 70 candidates, who have successfully completed our programme and have found employment, enabling them to develop a successful accounting career. We now hope to train several thousands of accountancy graduates and disadvantaged young people from all over the world.

We are delighted to confirm that Moracle Foundation has recently been accepted onto the government’s Kickstart Scheme and we have now begun interviewing prospective candidates looking to work alongside us and our clients. The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to employers to create job placements for 16 to 24 year old’s on Universal Credit.

We would now like to invite individuals to come forward and be part of the Moracle Foundation story. We strongly recommend that if you, or anybody you know, may be interested in joining Moracle Foundation as a director that you please contact us for further information. We welcome individuals from a wide variety of personal and professional backgrounds, as we believe this will enable us to truly reflect the diversity of accountancy graduates and young people who we support at the Foundation.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.
