Blanche talks about how she got involved with volunteering and how her journey with the Moracle Foundation developed her skills. Although highly qualified and getting interviews with some of the biggest companies in the City, she was unable to secure a position, due to lack of work-based experience. Then a friend recommended Moracle Foundation. She started as a volunteer at the Saturday Surgery. Surrounded by seasoned professionals she was able to develop her skills and put her knowledge into practice. Today she is able to share her experience with others as her accounting career is in full bloom – but Blanche is not resting on laurels.
